Reservation and Cancellation policy.

Reservations:

 

All bookings made 48 hours prior to the trip start time receive 10% discount. 

When you make a reservation with Wanaka Rock Climbing(WRC) please expect a Call or email from our staff to confirm said booking.

WRC require your credit card details to make and hold your  reservation. Because our climbing days are weather dependant the card will be authorised but Payment will not be taken until the day of the WRC trip. By allowing us to have your Credit Card information you agree That WRC may take full payment from your credit card.

Weather Cancellations:

Weather is a big factor to our trips. WRC will make a weather call on the morning of your trip and Notify you if conditions prevent the trip from running ASAP.

WRC will be happy to offer you an alternative date or to refund you the full amount if this is the case.

Timely Cancellations (Outside of 24 hours):

You may cancel or change your booking with no charge up to 24hrs in advance of your trip with WRC by getting in touch with us. Ether by calling 0220154458 or sending an email to wanakarock@gmail.com. You must have confirmation from us that the booking is canceled

Un-timely Cancellations:

In the event that you cancel within the 24hrs before your trip with Wanaka Rock leaves or are a "no show" your credit card will be charged the full price for your outing.

Costing

All prices listed on the webpage and other advertising material are in New Zealand Dollars. 

We do not accept payment in any other currency.

Your card issuer and/or bank may apply charges for converting currency. These charges are applied by your card issuer, WRC accepts no responsibility for these.
